100% Authentic Granite
Can You Really Own Authentic Granite For Up To 50% Less?
If it sounds too good to be true it usually is right? Wrong! At least in this case. Recent technological advances to machinery in granite quarries and fabrication plants have slashed the cost of production. These savings can now be passed to you. Influencing factors include:
-
Reduced material wastage (20-40%)
-
Elimination of labor intensive traditional masonry techniques
-
Reduction of need for expensive diamond-cutting machinery
-
Streamlined fitting, polishing and cutting procedures
10 years in the making and new to Australia, this revolutionary modular method, combines with useful traditional stone mason techniques. The result? Second-to-none stone quality with even stronger benchtops that last a lifetime - at HALF THE COST of traditional 20mm systems!
Fact is, you can now own authentic granite in your kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas, for little more (sometimes even less) than the cost of man-made surfaces! Given the proven track record Granite has when it comes to adding value to your home, why would you choose anything else?
Modular Granite System
Your Granite benchtops are imported as "pre-fabricated" modules designed to your specific requirements. Because the sheets are already polished with aprons and splash backs, you don't have to pay for traditional inefficient production.
Granite Specifications
-
The Granite Tops are a 15mm system with two sheet sizes 61cm x 1.2m and 90cm x 1.2m
-
The pricing of the sheets includes a standard 35mm apron finish
-
Also carried within the system as extras, a 75mm and 100mm standard splash back
-
Should full size splash backs or larger aprons be required these can be cut from full sheets and installed at standard sheet prices
-
This is 100% real granite, not a composite or reconstituted product, and as such it behaves and performs in the same manner as all granite and carries with it the same guarantees
-
Prices also includes the sealing of the stone upon completion of the installation
Granite Installation
-
Tops are fixed to 33mm MDF board, or can be fixed over existing substrates
-
Sheets are glued with two pack epoxy
-
Joints are grouted with tinted two pack epoxy and are minimal
-
The tops are cut on site and are usually a one person operation without the necessity for expensive and time consuming templates and factory production
-
Cutting and polishing are reduced to a minimum, and installation of a six piece top averages only one day
